STUDENT LEADERSHIP
Each year, the College Captain selection process invites students to reflect deeply on what it means to lead with the Salesian spirit. Applicants undergo a comprehensive process that includes written applications, interviews with College leadership, and speeches to their peers. It’s a journey that not only identifies strong leaders but also celebrates the values of courage, compassion and commitment that define our community.
This year’s candidates demonstrated exceptional maturity, creativity and school pride throughout the process. Following their selection, Principal Mark Brockhus shared in a heartfelt moment with our new Captains as they called their families to share the exciting news — a milestone that marks the beginning of a memorable year ahead.
Our 2026 College Captains bring their own unique strengths, perspectives and passions to their roles. They will represent the voice of the student body, lead College events, and uphold our CLEF values — Community, Learning, Excellence and Faith — in all that they do.
We are confident that our captains will inspire their peers, embody the Salesian ethos, and continue the proud legacy of student leadership at Salesian College Sunbury.
A sincere congratulations to all students who participated in the leadership selection process. Your enthusiasm, integrity and willingness to contribute are a testament to the bright future of our College community.
We look forward to the year ahead and the leadership journey that awaits our 2026 College Captains!
