Salesian College Sunbury is proud to partner with St Mary’s College, providing parallel educational services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. This collaboration ensures that St Mary’s students are part of a fully integrated school experience, while also receiving the specialist support they need to thrive.

Students enrolled through St Mary’s College are welcomed and highly valued members of the Salesian College Sunbury community.
They participate in all aspects of school life while receiving individualised support to help them achieve their personal and academic goals.

Support includes:

  • Individual Learning Plans for all students
  • Targeted focus on literacy, speech and listening
  • Personal and social management skill development
  • Access to classrooms with operational soundfield systems and FM technology
  • Regular visits by Australian Hearing audiologists
  • On site teacher’s of the deaf and trained education support staff.
