At Salesian College Sunbury, the care, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people is a sacred responsibility and a central focus of all we do. Grounded in the mission of Jesus Christ, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive and enriching environment for all students to grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

Governance and Child Safety

Our commitment to child safety is upheld through robust governance, transparent procedures, and a whole-community approach to safeguarding. Our Child Safety Policies, Code of Conduct and related frameworks can be accessed by clicking HERE.

To strengthen this commitment, each of our providers of goods or services are required to become SAM4Schools accredited before they are permitted to enter College grounds. Accreditation includes validation of licences, insurances and child safety induction.

We believe that a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance is the foundation of trust and protection.
