All applications are submitted online via the College website. Families should note the following information to have a smooth application process.
The following documents are required to be submitted:
Upload PDF documents where possible, rather than photos. You may be asked to resubmit high resolution copies. Applications will not be considered unless the required documents are provided clear and current.
There is a $100.00 non-refundable fee to complete the application.

2028 Places
For students starting Year 7 in 2028:
For Years 8 to 12 applications and immediate starts, communication will be sent as applications are reviewed.
You will be sent the enrolment application form after submitting an expression of interest (EOI).
Late applications automatically go on a waiting list. There is no guarantee that a place will be offered. Contact our Registrar regarding late application enquiries at registrar@salesiansunbury.vic.edu.au
Yes, we need all signatures.
You must supply all the required documents listed on the "Application Requirements" section of this page. We are unable to process an application without those information.
Furthermore, we also require copies of any reports relating to additional learning needs, any medical/allied health professional reports, and any reports pertaining to integration funding received prior to interview - you will be asked for this within the application process.
Enrolment interviews are mandatory in the application process.
It is common for you to not receive further communication regarding the application for a Year 7 student until October, two years out from the requested commencement date. Offers will be sent out via email at that time.
PAT Testing day is compulsory and will be held in July of your child’s Grade 6 year. Date, location and time to be advised.
A parent information evening will be held in May of your child’s Grade 6 year. Date, location and time to be advised. Attendance is highly recommended.
Bus travel information is emailed to all enrolled students in August of the year prior to commencement (e.g. August 2027 for bus travel in 2028).
