Real-World Learning in Action. At Salesian College Sunbury, learning goes beyond the classroom. Our student-run enterprises, Bosco Brew and Bosco Beauty, give students the chance to build industry skills, confidence, and community connections while earning nationally recognised qualifications.
Bosco Brew
Bosco Brew is a fully functioning coffee van operated by our students at College and community events throughout the year.
From grinding beans to perfecting latte art, students gain hands-on barista training while developing customer service, teamwork, and small-business skills.

Our recently refit Bosco Beauty Room provides a professional salon environment for students completing their Certificate III in Beauty Services.
Guided by qualified trainers, students offer a range of treatments to real clients, gaining both practical expertise and customer service experience.
