We view feedback as an important opportunity for growth and continuous improvement. When shared constructively, it enables us to reflect, refine our practices, and strengthen the way we serve our community.

Raising a Concern

At Salesian College Sunbury, we are committed to fostering a supportive, respectful and inclusive community. While we always strive to provide the best possible experience for our students, families and staff, we acknowledge that there may be times when we do not meet expectations.

Our aim is to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a manner that is approachable, timely and fair. We are committed to handling all feedback with sensitivity, respect and integrity, in keeping with our Catholic and Salesian values.

We encourage you to raise any concerns with us directly, and we appreciate the opportunity to work together towards a positive resolution before matters escalate.
