As our Facilities Officer, you will be working in a pristine environment with heritage buildings and vast landscapes. We seek a new team player who is a qualified maintenance handyperson or tradesperson and who will work within and contribute to our diverse and multi-skilled Property and Facilities team.

You will be able to:

Undertake meticulous repair and maintenance works to both heritage and recently-built buildings
Attend to all maintenance requests, provide advice and facilitate growth projects
Complete general maintenance around the College including traffic management, waste management and general tidying on a daily basis
Manual handling such as setting up rooms for a multitude of functions, ie. moving furniture and setting up equipment
Operate various plant and equipment to complete your daily duties, and
Contribute to other property and facilities team priorities where required.

About you:

Previous experience in general maintenance or in a trade are a must
Able to undertake manual handling on a daily basis, and
A current Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
