What is Bullying? Bullying is deliberate targeting of another through, name calling; discrimination and harassment about race, sexuality, gender, ability or appearance; pushing, hitting, intimidating or excluding; damaging property or someone’s reputation whether in person or through social media. In short any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

What is not Bullying?

Mutual conflict which involves a disagreement, but not an imbalance of power. Unresolved mutual conflict can develop into bullying if one of the parties targets the other repeatedly in retaliation
Single Episode acts of nastiness or physical aggression, or aggression directed towards many different people.
Social rejection or dislike is not bullying unless it involves deliberate and repeated attempts to cause distress, exclude, or create dislike by others

Please to the Newsletter in late February to have a more detailed look at the Anti Bullying Guidelines at the College.

College Uniform

Just a reminder that all students are expected to be in full College Winter Uniform at the beginning of Term 2.  Students, if they wish, may wear the College Winter Uniform for the last week of Term 1 (next week).

Could families check the length of the girls skirts over the holiday break, and make alterations early on in the holdiays.  The College Uniform shop has trousers available for girls to wear if they wish.  These are plain navy blue tailored pants. A reminder that the Blazer is compulsory for all students in Year 7-12 during Term 2 &#
