Friday's Father's Day breakfast did not disappoint.
It was a full house as Students and their Fathers came together to enjoy a delicious hot breakfast while listening to a number of our very talented musical performers. Year 9 student Ava Marshall performed as a solo singer and acoustic guitarist, while the Saxophone quartet was made up of Daniel Muggli on Tenor Sax, Bardyn McIntyre on Baritone Sax and Patrick Brennan Clarke and their saxophone tutor Sarah Holden both on Alto Sax
We were delighted to hear from Adbi Aden. Adbi told of his personal journey and shared his belief that every person has the right to a productive life; most of all anyone can do it! Persistence, resilience, determination were the underlying themes. The audience were completely captivated by his inspiring talk, with many staying back to thank him in person.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, this event is fast becoming one of the favourites on the College calendar. We can’t wait to see you all again next year.
